Ordering
If the terms of our offer and the scope of the calibration procedure meet your expectations and you would like to take advantage of our services, please place an order / submit a request for calibration following your in-house procedures. The order/request may be submitted electronically to lap-emc@il-pib.pl.
In your order, you should include the following information:
- VAT invoice details,
- reference to the quote: its number or the devices listed therein, along with the cost of their calibration,
- additionally, fill out the document provided below if you would like to receive your invoice by email.
Declaration of acceptance of electronic invoices
Otherwise, please provide the address to which the paper version of the invoice should be mailed.
We also issue electronic certificates! Please provide the email address to which one should be sent.
Do you need a statement of conformity? Please refer to Appendix 3 to the quote.

Delivery of equipment
Please ship the equipment to be calibrated or deliver it to us in person.

The equipment must arrive at least one day before the scheduled calibration date.
Equipment returns
Once the calibration process has been completed, we will notify you and arrange for the equipment to be returned to you.
